I think you let the core grow (Russell, Clarkson, Randle, Nance) along with Ingram. These guys are too young and talented to trade. Give them a year or two together with a real coach and system in place without Kobe distractions. Just need to add quality free agents around them. Cousins even said that he likes our young core.

Derozan will not be and all-star he west. He can't catch and shoot and he has no long ball or defense. He and Clarkson have identical numbers at age 23. Clarkson should start Bazemore off the bench.

Derozan has limited range and no defense. Bazemore a much better option. Trade Lou and Nick for a draft pick. Biyombo or Ezeli are realistic options.

Throw in Williams in that trade and get a draft pick with McDaniels. Draft Maker no need to resign Black, continue to build with upside and potential.
