You do know Beverley was suspended for push Ayton this season and has beef with CP3 and Booker right? If the Suns did any deal involving Beverley he would get waived.

I think Lakers got some good quality signings this year. One big thing they got instead of last summer is youth and fresh legs.
Jones & Bryant are both quality centers that will be an upgrade over Howard at this point imo. Bryant can space the floor and Jones has potential to be a 10 & 8 guy if given 20+ mins a game. Lonnie Walker is a good pickup to replace and re-up his value like Monk. Brown and Anderson aren't bad deep bench players. I really like the Pippin pickup for 2-way.

Best sign&trades/opt in trade options for Lakers?

Well the best possible sign and trade option for the Lakers is Schroeder for Lavine. What I think will happen is Schroeder will either resign with the Lakers at the offer he was given or he will sign with the Knicks for more money. Lakers will then get nothing. I would hold onto Harrell if he opts in. If he opts out I see him having several teams interested.

Do Lakers keep Kuzma this season and do S&T next offseason or trade him this season for a younger player to get another player who's on a cheap rookie deal for another few years

I would say sign him to an extension and then explore a trade next offseason if he has an average year. At his present salary nobody will have any player that would make sense for the Lakers to trade for which would get equal value in return. If his salary would be say $13M to $15M per season there might be more out on the trade market next offseason. If not the Lakers keep him. He's a nice player to have off the bench.
