Why do people want to give up most of our young guys for Leonard. He has said he wants to come to the Lakers. Even if he doesn’t there is a big free agent class next year. With the young and James someone will come.

Toolguy I agree with you. People want now and don't want to wait. Talking to Lakers fans in Los Angeles people got mixed emotions about everything on the Lakers. You got people that love the young core and wouldn't trade any of them. You got others that hate the young core don't believe they will make the playoffs without help and want better players. Same with opinions on Lebron James. People have this notion that Lebron James is going to take over Kobe's legacy and Kobe is god without understanding that those days are over.

I know. They have no patience. Plus they think Leonard will pull a George. But out of next years free agents someone will come. If not then trade the young core for a star.
