To LAL: Kawhi Leonard

To SAS: Ingram, Kuzma, 2018 1st via CLE

I'm a Spurs fan, and I'm a little concerned with the KL situation right now. If it's true that he's intentionally sitting out though cleared, the Spurs may want to look at a deal for him.

If they do put him on the market, there is no doubt that the Lakers would have interest. At $21M for next year, the Lakers could still have up to $60M to add two more stars and make a Super team. Their is also a good likelihood that KL resigns in La La at the end of next year.

Spurs start the rebuild with two quality young pieces, and an additional 2018 pick. Adding Ingram, Kuz, and two picks (Landry Shammet and Brandon McCoy? ), along with a sell high on LMA could reset the Spurs for 2018-19 and beyond.

I know you being a Spurs fan you are expecting a kings ransom for Leonard but reality is that his value has gone down. He is injured and refuses to play for the Spurs. No way the Lakers give up Ingram, Kuzma and a CLE first for a player that they can just sign the next year as a free agent.
