Lakers trade Randle + Deng + 1st

Mavs trade Nerlens Noel + Devin Harris + JoshMcRoberts

Lakers get rid of Deng but lose a 1st. Lakers get expiring veteran guard PG who should better than Ennis while evaluating Noel.

Randle gets moved to Dallas his hometown. Mavs pair Dennis Smith with Randle and a 1st which should quicken their rebuild.

Lakers and Mavs have been talking according to recent rumors. JC can be kept or traded closer to deadline.

I know this has been proposed before but I think this might have some potential. What if the Lakers are able to trade Randle for Harrison Barnes. If the Warriors are able to get rid of Lee before the season they can entice Green to stay and get paid. That way the Lakers can put Towns in the PF position (Anthony Davis type role). Lakers target a Center in free agency. Aim for Marc Gasol but go after Deandre as well. If the Lakers get lucky a front court of Towns & Gasol would be monstrous.

Find away to move up in the draft and snag Justin Anderson.

I rather see a season or two out of Randle before trading him. Barnes is a good player but I see the Warriors keeping him.

best realistic scenario for the Lakers

Minnesota chooses Okafor as the 1st pick completely possible their FO is split on who to pick.

Lakers offer Tobias Harris (a versatile forward who is underrated and has all the tools to become an all star) (12-15 mil)

Lakers package Hill and the 27th pick to move up in the draft and select Justin Anderson

Kobe/KJ McDaniels/Brown
Harris/J.Anderson
Randle/Davis/Kelly
Kat/Upshaw/Black

Throw whatever money is left on a defensive playmaking PG with leadership (not Rondo)maybe see if Farmar is available overseas or someone like CJ Watson.

This might be reaching but I feel that Lakers should target WCS if they land the 4th pick. WCS is what they need an athletic defensive anchor down low that can protect the rim. Fills a big necessity.

Clarkson is developing quite nicely with Kobe and Nash. Mo Williams would be a perfect candidate as a strong efficient back up. Let Clarkson continue developing.

Target T. Harris, Middleton or Draymond Green ( 10-12 mil)

Trade N.Young for a for a future 2nd rounder.

Trade a 1 or 2 2nd rounder for Moe Harkless

Sign Brandon Wright and Davis

Sign Ajinca cheap (solid back up that had a couple breakout moments)

Pick up Sam Dekker or 3 and D wing with Houston 2nd rounder

Clarkson/ Mo Williams

Kobe Bryant/ KJ McDaniels

T.Harris/ Harkless/ Sam Dekker

I know this is not a championship contender but it is a lot better than what the Lakers currently have. Move in the right direction. I think this can be possible with cap. Thoughts or Comments?
