Sign Kawhi currently at 20 mil and trade up Lonzo, Randle and a couple first round draft picks. Sign Paul George at currently 20 mil and sign DeAndre Jordan at 22 Mill or resign Brooks for less and a three-year contract. Lakers will still be under the 70 million dollar block of signing money. Lineup would be Kawhi, Paul George, Kuzma, Ingram, DeAndre Jordan or Brooks. This is a Laker lineup that could become a dynasty for years to come. Second scenario LeBron at 35 million, pricey and he's getting older at 35. Paul George at 20 mil and you give up nothing except a lot of money but no DeAndre Jordan. This Laker team would only have a 3 year run of being a great before making a trade with LeBron aging at 38th and being done. First scenario is much lucrative and better for Laker Nation, go Lakers!

The starting salary for Paul George will be $30M. He will want max at 4 years $130M. I doubt the Lakers trade Lonzo but I see the Lakers making a run at trading for Kawhi so somebody would have to go.

Paul George has one more year at 20 Million. Kevin Durant gets 26 million so Paul George might get about 25 million. Kawhi has 2 years left at 21 million and a proven super star that will get 30 million plus. If you get Kawhi and Paul there's no reason to have Lonzo or Randle, they will have to go for the trade with San Antonio plus couple first-round picks. It's a steal for building Lakers Dynasty plus still keeping most of the most important core with Ingram, Kuzma.

Paul George has a players option on his contract for next year. He will decline it and want either an extension with the Thunder or sign with the Lakers. Both will be paying Paul George Max. When you say Durant gets $26M he opted to get that so the Warriors can resign players. He will be opting out and getting $35M starting salary with the Warriors which will have a door open for the Lakers to sign Klay Thompson after next season. Kawhi has a players option after next season. The 2 year contract is really a 1 n 1. What will happen is the Spurs will offer Kawhi and Super Max contract this offseason. If he declines it which he probably will then the Spurs will trade him. He doesn't say anything so nobody really know really what he wants to do but only assume he wants to be a Laker. When you say "if you get Kawhi and Paul George no reason to have Lonzo or Randle" I disagree. Lonzo is a point guard and Randle is a rebounder/ scores in the paint which the Lakers would still need. Randle and Paul George are friends as well. Now if the Lakers got those 2 allstar guys I would question Ingram being on the team cause he isn't going to come off the bench and would need compensation for Leonard trade. The Spurs will demand Ingram in the trade for Leonard. I would also say KCP would be gone.

Boogie is a broken Center and will be out for a year. Remember it took black mamba over 9 months of Mamba rehab. Lakers need to trade Lonzo Ball, Julius Randel and a couple first-round draft picks for Kawhi Leonard currently at 20 mil. You sign Paul George currently at 20 mil and you give up nothing. Sign DeAndre Jordan at 22mil who's a free agent or resign Brooks to a three-year contract at a lower rate of 18 million a year. What an awesome young gun lineup with Kawhi, Kuzma, Ingram, Paul George and DeAndre Jordan or Brooks. Now that's a Laker lineup I would love to see! Second scenario would be LeBron and Paul George and you give up nothing but paying a 35 year old LeBron 35 million a year, pricey and you get older without DeAndre Jordan. Probably not a dynasty team either but a 2 to 3 year great Laker team. I say sign Kawhi, Paul George and stay young with a possible dynasty team for years, go Lakers!
