I think a core of lebron, kyrie, and Beal (if healthy) is good enough to win it.
Wizards- lonzo, #4 pick, Ingram, wagner.
Lakers- Beal. Sign kyrie.
It doesn't matter how or who gets traded, but trading for beal, signing kyrie, and loading your roster with shooters and best possible vets is the most realistic scenario for the Lakers.
