Getting Lebron was big and accelerates our rebuild to competing for championships it was huge for us the front office to pencil him in for 4 years my next move would be to try to acquire Kawhi.
Lakers Kawhi
Spurs 2019 and 2021 protected top 3, SNT Randle, Ingram, if we absolutely have to add in Hart.
That deal would keep core Kuz, Zo, and possibly Hart(guys we don't have to pay big money to for 3 years) together to improve and also give us, when healthy, an unselfish, efficient, super star who knows how to make things difficult for KD.
PG: Ball Lance
SG: KCP Hart
SF: Kawhi Kuz
PF: Lebron,
C: Mcgee, Wagner, Zubac

Personally I'm not in favor of adding Lebron this year would rather add PG and Kawhi or Klay next year but since it seems like we will here's how I'd do it.
Lakers 2018 Summer
Sign PG to 2+1 30.3 per year
Sign Lebron to 2+1 35 per year
Sign and trade JR to Dallas for Noel (rim runner/protector)
Trade Deng Zubac 2nd 47 and 2019 1st top 10 protected to ATL for 2nd 34
Free Agents: Ed Davis, mbah moute Joe Harris
Draft Robinson, Duvaal
PG: Ball, Hart, Duvaal
SG, George, Harris
SF: Ingram, Kuzma
PF: James, Mbah Moute
C: Noel, Davis, Bryant, Robinson
Depending how well the young talent plays in the playoffs this team could compete with the top of the west and potentially for a championship. If it doesn't work out you've still got the core 4 and clear the cap space with james and george opting out to resign them plus all your draft picks excluding next years late lottery pick
