Suns Get: 2nd pick, Luol Deng
Lakers Get: 4th pick, 2018 Miami 1st, 2018 Raptors 2nd
Magic "is in love" with Fultz but the Lakers don't stand a chance to get him now, so moving down and are guaranteed to still get one of Ball, Jackson and Fox. Phoenix take on Deng's preposterous contract but get to get whoever they feel the 2nd best player in the draft is.

If the Suns move up to #2 they will be doing it to pick Ball. Ball and Jackson will be off the board by #4. Also the rumor is the Lakers would get the Suns 2018 first round pick. A 2018 Miami lst rounder and Raptors 2nd isn't enough to move down.
