Lakers trade No. 2 Pick, Julius Randle and Jordan clarkson for Kristaps Porzingis

Lakers trade No. 27,No. 28 picks, brandon Ingram, Ivica Zubac, Loul Deng for Paul George. Then:

Sign Rajon Rondo to 2 year MLE

They still would have to sign a lot of Minimum 1y free agents. But with Porzingis still in his Rookie Deal, They could go after
Either LeBron or Westbrook in 2018. Porzingis would be the next Laker legend in the making and you have all NBA Talent in PG 13, and if they somehow manage to acquire a reliable defender at 2, and a bench scorer to keep Nance jr. freed up, coming of the bench, whilst playing Porzingis at a stretch 5, they probably would make the Playoffs from the getgo.

The Lakers don't need to give up Ingram and Zubac for Paul George. Indiana has no leverage. Paul George is going to be a Laker no matter what whether that is this summer or next summer. There are numerous reports that if he goes to another team than they are just renting him for one year.

So then keep zubac. Even better. Bringing him in this year has advantages though. Contract wise (Bird roght) and recruiting wise.
