Zanin- No that deal doesn't work. Celtics and Sixers have a trade already in the works where the Sixers get the #1 pick for the 3rd pick + a future pick. Sixers will take Fultz. Russell isn't going to the Sixers. Also the Sixers aren't trading Simmons anyway.
