3 team trade with 76ers and Kings.
Lakers get 5th and 10th pick.

76ers get D'Angelo Russell, Tarik Black, the Nuggets 2018 (from Lakers) and Portlands 2018 (from Kings) second rounders.

Kings get 3rd pick and Jahlil Okafor.

Then salary dump trade with Nets:
Lakers get Brook Lopez, Trevor Booker, and the 22nd pick.

Nets get:
Luol Deng, Timofey Mozgov, 5th pick, 10th pick, 28th pick, and Bulls 2019 second rounder.

Lakers draft Lonzo Ball and Harry Giles. Resign Tyler Ennis and Thomas Robinson on cheap multi-year deals.

2018 free agency:
Sign Paul George and Demarcus Cousins to max contracts.
Sign Lance Stephenson.
Resign restricted free agent Julius Randle.

Lakers 2018-19 Lineup:

So kings trade a 5th and 10th for a 3rd pick and former 3rd pick. Sounds like a pretty good deal for them.

Like it but way to much brook the 10th or 28th pick n I don't see them taking to bad contracts maybe give them both of them picks we will still have the #5 pick.

Typically a fair trade is when all teams involved dislike it. To sum up the post, the Lakers would be trading Russell, Black, and 2 second rounders to move up 6 spots in the draft and get rid of Deng and Mozgov without taking on salary past next season.

Lakerwaker - the Kings also trade a second round pick and Jahlil Okafor's current value is nowhere near the top 5 pick in this draft, so you can't consider him as another #3 pick.

Lakers109 - a couple days ago the Nets specifically said they are willing to take on bad contracts as long as they are attached to good draft picks or young talent, because the Celtics still have more of their draft picks to come and they can't start their rebuild.

Forget kings in this trade lakers give sixers russell and black and a 2and in 2018 draft for the sixers 3rd pick in 2017 draft and okafor trade the 3rd pick and randle and mosgov for jimmy butler trade deng and houstons pick for a contract friendly center.
