Trade 1 makes no sense. So basically you want to give up the 2017 first round pick just to dump Mozgov contract then waive everybody they acquire? Come on. That's stupid.

Lakers will make the 2017 first selection if they get it.

Can they even trade it if the keep it? I know they can't trade first rounders back to back. And if they keep it 2018 goes to 76ers so I don't think they can trade a pick. They can trade the player in a sign and trade I believe.

Toolguy- The rule is the Lakers must make the pick but can trade it right after the selection is made.

If lakers get draft rights (2017) to 3rd pick they can trade him to other team
2018 lakers 1st draft goes to 76 ers
kings 1st draft goes to lakers (2018)
kings will come out being the last 3 picks in (2018)
this draft has good centers on it (2018)
