Now now.

Hold it right there.

I'm sure Lebron James will opt out to his contract if the Lakers could present a formidable line up.

Starting with DeMarcus Cousins in exchange of No. 2 Pick and Julius Randle.

Hassan Whiteside will not hesitate to come to Lakers.

Resigning Clarkson, Black and Huertas will be essential too.

PG: Russel
SG: Clarkson
SF: James
PF: Cousins
C: Whiteside

Reserve:
PG: Huertas, Payton II
SG: Williams
SF: Brown, Young
PF Nance
C: Black

You think it's impossible? A week ago, maybe. Not now. Lakers will go back to it's glorious days.

And I hope, Laker's Front office would consider this.

Maybe Durant instead of Lebron but Whiteside and cousins is possible

I would prefer Randle and Ingram instead of Cousins because of how much potential they have. Although I agree with you on the Lebron part that he will opt out and become a FA. It's just that this lineup, everyone needs the ball in their hand to be affective. The only person that doesn't need the ball in thier hands is Whiteside.

Why I suggested this lineup?

Defense, Inner and outer Defense Zone is covered. Transition Def is also fast.

Offense, Russel and Lebron will be the key ball handler during setup.

Clarkson will only move around and wait at corner 3's.

Whiteside and Russel will do the Pick and roll.

Lebron James can do the the High Post Pick and Roll since they could shoot midrange jumpers.

Even Cousins could only wait the ball at 3 point areas after Lebron gathered a double team on him. Pass back to russel, and finally pass either Clarkson or Cousins.

Cousins and Clarkson doesn't necessarily hold the ball to make a play. They just need to wait.

Whiteaide won't hesitate to cone here because we are an ideal destination and conpeting for a championship. End sarcasm.
