offseason: as of right now. only unrestricted free agents. not restricted or player options until they anounce that they will test free angency.
sign: durant max (go all out)
sign: joakim noah. I would say try to sign whiteside but he's probably not going to sign because the lakers dropped him during training camp a few years ago. plus heats probably going to give him a great contract.
resign: clarkson match anything or maybe even a 4yrs 40m. (hes the best lakers on the team right now)
draft: i'm not going to put draft on here just because its to hard to determine who will get #1 overall for simmons.
not trading williams or young. they been playing way better together then what everbody was expecting.

pg: russell, williams
sg: clarkson, young
sf: durant, brown
pf: randle, bass
ce: noah, black

clarkson and durant can be a great 1, 2 punch. rusell is already showing how good he can facilitate, plus catch and shoot. randle is a beast in the paint. noahs still a great center that plays a great role of rebounding and defending.

looks like a decent/realistic squad. I would still have russell coming off the bench until he's fully developed, he definitely needs to improve his strength n conditioning in the off-season.
